Contracts are a huge barrier to getting Foxtel - largely because getting out of them often involves a huge ordeal comprising of fees, paperwork and customer service representatives who forget to call you back.
So when Foxtel offered a subscription with no lock-in contract, we set out to remind people that they could simply walk away at any time.
